The Successful Bridal Show Information

It is bridal show time again… With all the time and money you placed into being in shows, you want to get the most out of your existence there, right?! Here are a few tips…

1. Make sure to advertise you will be at the Show! Post it on your website, distribute pamphlets, etc.: “Do perhaps not forget in the future see us at the Bridal Show on this day, this spot, this time, etc.” .. Placing a sticker on the rear of business cards and giving them out at Shows is a great ad as well make sure to tell them that you have a plan and do private services for FREE and ask them to offer any women they know your card!

2. Once you are there, be sure you’re setup and prepared prior to the brides start arriving! Provide plenty of literature (brochures and such )it is much better to have way too many than to operate out! Keep your booth clear and attractive, not chaotic.

3. Produce something creative to set your-self apart from your rivals and bring attention for your booth: i.e. a fantastic design, a unique present, presentations, offers, samples, etc…. I use a small white Xmas tree with lia sophia boxes and silver ribbons tied to each one hanging all around the tree with a tree topper (Its a doll tree topper with a gorgeous white dress on)! Provide your Calendar! Guide the Shows right then!

4. Have a 3-minute infomercial planned rehearse it and know it! You have approximately 3 minutes to tell a passer-by that you provide a service they need!

5. Do not forget to dress the part! Think of it like a company meeting, because in a way that is what it is. The women are looking for people to do business with. You would perhaps not appear to your wedding in every day clothes would you?

6. Never leave your unit unattended! And do not eat at your booth. You always desire to express a professional image. Even when it appears slow, you never know who could be seeing.

7. When women come by your booth, launch a conversation with them! Your day ask, Are you planning? Be outgoing and excited about their day and be excited about your services and don’t forget to SMILE. Remember it’s ABOUT THE BRIDE! Ask if she’s a photo of her gown or has one selected let her know you do you individual consultations! Compliment her, if she has a photograph! Gush ladies make her feel very special!

8. Even if the Show has brides register once they are available in, attempt to cause them to register with you also. Give-aways and special pictures at your booth might help here, also. Provide a reason for arranging a Show that day or for organizing their assessment! FREE transport is an incentive!

9. Contact your leads the moment possible (1-3 times) to tell them of your services, after the show has ended. Distribute a letter o-r postcard thanking them for stopping by your unit and congratulating them again on the wedding. Offer some kind of show discount or incentive to acquire them setting a session with you.

10. Follow-up. A week o-r so after your first contact, give a call and/or to them send a message to keep you fresh on the minds. Provide again some type of motivation with a deadline… i.e. Get your free wedding internet site simply for meeting with us! Dash, supply ends September 1st! (Perhaps a month or so following the Bridal Show time). Then you may consider giving another reward for booking a show with you.
