As I have always told my ventura personal training clients there is no such thing as a magic pill but this little diet strategy your about to read about in this srticle is as close to a magic pill there is-in other words this is a super simple yet powerful diet tqactic you can begin to use immediately.

We all have been told that carbs are bad. Well your in for a shock becasue my ventura personal training clients will tell you how we use carbs as a huge advantage in becoming leaner and more toned!

Now its time to reviel the secret of using carbs for excelerated weight loss and more sexy toned muscle. The big secret is the time of day you eat your carbs-and no its not what you think!

The single most powerful strategy my boot camp clients see amazing results with is what is called carbohydrate back loading. As the name implies back loading your carbohydrate consumption is simply waiting to eat foods with carbs until after your workout or later in the day.

What does this strategy look like? take a look at the example below…

Morning meal: scrambled eggs with chopped veggies

mid day meal: chicken salad with vinaigrette and olive oil

afternoon workout!

Post workout dinner: salmon white rice and asparagus
