Yoga adopts the dualistic doctrine of describing the world of objects and living creatures. I-t assumes the world was actually developed by the uniting or samyoga of two eternal realities called purusha and prakriti. Purusha forms the basis of all of the objects while prakriti relates to the material objects. Learn further on a related URL by visiting young israel las vegas. Prakriti and anything that comes from it has three gunas viz.: sattva, rajo and tamas in various proportions and combinations.
Sattvaguna deals with all that is holy and pure while rajasguna deals with all the rich and noble qualities and tamasguna deals with all the baser qualities like greed, lust, anger, anxiety an such like. The samyoga of the purusha and the prakriti is digital. It doesn’t exist but only the ignorant mind feels it’s true. This causes him to transmigrate from body to some other in the various births and is because of the illusion named avidya and binds the purusha. After the avidya is dispelled com-pletely, one can break-free from the pattern of death and bith and can achieve moksha. This is easily accomplished by following the eightfold path given by Patanjali in his Yogasutras.
