In recent years the movie that brought the definitive male physique to the silver screen has to be the movie 300 and its star Gerard Butler.
And here we are years after the movies release still talking about how lean and muscular the cast was-especially Gerard Butler.
But there is something often missed by the casual reader of men’s magazines.
While Gerard Butler and the rest of cast performed the now hugely popular 300 workout, they also performed a huge variety of strength, endurance, and power exercises.
