One thing to remember before you set out to get six pack abs is that it involves being on top of three elements. Not doing just one of them spells certain frustration. Your Diet
I reckon most of you will have a six pack but they cannot be seen because a small layer of fat is making them invisible. You have got the six pack from the activities you do normally everyday. Stripping that layer of fat should be your first goal. This can only be done by getting rid of the foods that put the layer there in the first place. Your Sweat Exercise Regime
This is where it gets hard. You have to build the muscles to get them ripped although your grand plan is to be bigger everywhere so building abs is only a part of your plan. Your Mindset
Without 100% effort you are wasting your time as you will wreck all your good work by doing the wrong thing. Don’t expect a grouse set of abs in two weeks. Give yourself twelve weeks at the bare minimum. You can do it as I have seen quite a few do it by simply using this guide to mentor them.
