Diet burns fat –  Crazy as it sounds, soup is a great way to get rid of fat.  This happens because, when you eat hot soup, it helps your body burn the fats easier and also fills you up. And this is the reason that the cabbage soup diet has become a more popular diet.   Why wouldn’t anyone want to eat more food to lose weight?  This is the promise that soup gives to everyone willing to give it a try.
