Iron Woody Bands
Pull-ups are one of my sacred four. In the event I could exclusively do four exercises from right now till the day I die, it would probably be pull-ups, push-ups, squats, and dead lifts. When I ever tell myself that 12 ounce curls are really a genuine workout then it will be my holy 5. Numerous guys can easily crank out pull up after pull up like its practically nothing. Guys just like me, on the contrary, grunt and groan like a cow giving birth. I’m a taller, larger fella. At 6’2″, 230 lbs, it’s a lot more challenging to pull my chin over the bar in comparison to somebody that is shorter and light. If someone argues with me that I”m bigger and more muscular, and consequently should be able to do more pullups once more I do believe I will shoot myself in the face. Why don’t we put that fable to bed shall we? It’s just like stating that a linebacker is able to do 100 pullups without breathing hard. Thankfully, I do not have to wrestle for a meager couple of pull-ups and can finally knock out several reps that will genuinely develop some muscle mass. Iron Woody bands may have evened the arena for your bigger, burlier individual. I’m hoping to one day advance past needing them, yet until then, Iron Woody bands really are a welcome addition to my gym.
Iron Woody bands basically look like rubber bands on steroids. They’ve been color coded depending on their degree of resistance and vary from 5 pounds all the way up to 200 pounds of opposition. And so even if you require only a little assist, or enough to shoot you through the roof, Iron Woody bands have you covered.
Iron Woody resistance bands are just like any other resistance bands out there, just a lot more tough. They are able to manage just about anything you possibly can throw at them. Pull ups, dips, curls while in the squat rack, they will handle it. I’m sure they’d leave a hell of a welt too if you have a rubber band gun big enough.
I mostly apply mine for pullups. Sometimes I will knock out a few dips using them if I’m feeling randy. I’ve seen people put them on their knees, but this pulls the crap out of my hair and provides significantly less opposition simply because it isn’t stretched out as much. I put mine on my feet, which is a bit of a work out by itself. It definitely takes some strategy, and when you aren’t cautious it is possible to pop the crap out of some extremely important parts.
If you desire to strengthen your pullups, then you need to do pullups. Lat pull downs will make you better at lat pull downs. Plus, there are few things as pleasing than having the ability to complete several dead hangs successively while other guys are almost parallel to the floor when they jerk on the lat pull down handle. Should you be like me, and could make use of a little additional assist, then Iron Woody bands are the solution.
