The raw food diet can be a good thing or a bad thing. Some of the foods which are absolutely taboo include: caffeine, refined sugars, and alcohol. The preparation of these foods does not require traditional broiling or baking. A lot of raw food dieters use food dehydrators to get just the perfect crunch and taste.
