Are You Truly Healthy?

Recently 2 fantastic individuals I knew died.  One suffered a stroke and the other sucumbed to cancer.  Both were in their mid fifties and neither experienced any signs of sickness, until it was too late. They both thought they were in great health and we (their friends) imagined it too – about them and also about us, but are we actually in good health?

I’m considering that we’re not as healthy as we think we are just because we feel Okay.  Consider, how many folks do we need to see die abruptly before we clue into the simple truth that an apparent absence of symptoms is not necessarily proof of very good health. That’s specifically true in a culture where our concept of the function of contemporary medicine is to remove the signs and symptoms of sickness.

Medical practitioners offer us drugs so that we feel healthy and it’s what we want them to do. It is why we use doctors. It’s why we choose drugs both prescription and OTC. Even people who choose to use natural health solutions are almost always merely choosing a more benevolent option to clear away a symptom or feeling that we don’t wish to have.

You could possibly argue that the medication we take clear away the symptoms because they are fixing a elementary problem with our health. But I say that arthritis pain or a headache is not caused by pain killer deficiency, but that’s how we handle it.

Selling natural health products like ASEA from www.redox-wholesale.com or MaxGXL from www.maxgxl-wholesale.com – this symptom centered approach is brutally obvious. Ignore that these products are supporting your health at the most basic level helping your metabolism and immune system and minimizing the harm induced by free radicals, which left alone is the main contributor to what we think of as the natural diseases of aging.  You don’t usually feel cellular damage piling up- so does that mean it isn’t taking place?  My friend didn’t feel the plaque accumulating in her arteries either, until a fragment broke off and ended her life at just fifty two years old. Her loved ones never had a chance to say goodbye.

But if the pain in a elbow doesn’t fade away or we don’t sense that we’re getting rid of belly fat (that we’ve done nothing to get rid of) or we still feel tired (on our diets of processed food and coffee) then evidently this natural health stuff and these new age products are a waste of money.  We have to adjust our thinking.

We must improve our diets which will be more difficult than it sounds.  When individuals are strapped for funds it’s very difficult to say that you must cough up with the money to buy organic animal products and fruits and vegetables. You must stop consuming processed foods (which are all that many people can afford to feed their kids).

And finally we need to understand the nature of poisons.  You can give me a study that can clarify why most of the chemical compounds used in our foods are completely safe and shouldn’t be named poisons, but sadly, my liver can’t read!  And my liver is the ultimate decider of what is a toxin as far as my body is concerned. To my poor silly liver, if it isn’t a nutrient, it’s a toxin. It will work itself to death (and me along with it) to remove toxins.  When it’s just too far over worked to eliminate them all, it simply holds them in fat tissues. And just for the record, the liver has been storing all the fat, as well. Due to the fact it’s been so preoccupied with toxins it’s second most important task – processing fat – hasn’t been taking place.  Fat is only getting stored. Ever wondered why individuals say diet foods don’t do the job?

Finally, have you ever given up a diet because you got a headache?  That was probably induced by all the toxins that were liberated when you finally started to burn the fat.  Think about that. Now ask yourself once again “How Healthy Am I?”
